Athinaidos
Real Athenians secured the acquisition of an historic, listed building in downtown Athens for Swiss clients. This emblematic building, of 1,750 m2 built in 1838, was originally the residence of Markos Botsaris, and over the years it was used for a variety of commercial purposes, until 2018.

This Old Merchant House was built in 1935 to house the family of Constantine Georgoulis and to provide premises for his business in trading foodstuffs in the center of mercantile Athens and in close proximity to the city's Central Market.
