Roland McKinney
BSc, MBA
As the fourth generation of his family to go into the profession, this industry is in his blood. Roland previously worked with the McKinney Group, a family-run global property asset management and investment business established in Northern Ireland in 1885.
A graduate of the prestigious IMD Business School, Roland brings advanced strategic and leadership skills to his work, further enhancing his expertise in global property development. He is a passionate advocate of private investment and property development in Greece. He specialises in sourcing and developing properties for private investors and, together with Ta and Lara, is responsible for overseeing and developing the property portfolio.
Roland has direct experience of acquisition, asset management, development, and disposal in the real estate and shipping sectors.
Ta Chau
Ta, a native of San Francisco has experience in hotel management.
From finding and screening the tenants, setting the rents and dealing with complaints, Ta is responsible for running and developing the lettings across our portfolio.
Ta manages the budget, maintains records and provides regular investor reporting records and has a thorough knowledge of national laws related to property lettings.”
Lara Tambacopoulou
MA, MBA

With years of experience in therapeutic psychedelic practices, Lara brings deep expertise in mental health, emotional healing, and personal transformation. Her knowledge will help guide the development of a proposed wellness center with innovative, holistic approaches to wellness that integrate cutting-edge therapies.
