Real Athenians totally revitalized it by completely renovating the mansion whilst preserving the elements of its identity and history that made the building one of a kind.

Our development team obtained all necessary permits, navigating the complexities of working with a listed building and has transformed the mansion which now exudes classic Athenian elegance while providing luxurious and comfortable accommodation.

The building is spread over three levels: on the first and second floor there are 12 apartments and on the third floor there is a welcoming roof garden where one can see the Acropolis. The ground floor has four retail outlets.
