Athinaidos
Real Athenians secured the acquisition of an historic, listed building in downtown Athens for Swiss clients. This emblematic building, of 1,750 m2 built in 1838, was originally the residence of Markos Botsaris, and over the years it was used for a variety of commercial purposes, until 2018.
Real Athenians totally revitalised it by completely renovating the mansion whilst preserving the elements of its identity and history that made the building one of a kind.
Our development team obtained all necessary permits, navigating the complexities of working with a listed building and has transformed the mansion which now exudes classic Athenian elegance while providing luxurious and comfortable accommodation.
The building is spread over three levels: on the first and second floor there are 12 apartments and on the third floor there is a welcoming roof garden where one can see the Acropolis. The ground floor has four retail outlets.
Kolokotrini
An American client engaged Real Athenians to source a unique investment property in Athens’ historic center. 3 bed 2 bath penthouse apartment is located within walking distance to all major sites.
This totally refurbished penthouse was purchased in 2016. It has acropolis views from all rooms. It consists of three bedrooms two bathrooms.
A unique feature of this apartment is the private roof terrace with a sitting and dining area and shower also overlooking the acropolis.
The Old Merchant House
Real Athenians fully renovated this neoclassical house at the Monastiraki end of Athinas St. It possesses a lovely ambience, unique structural features and offers a fantastic view of the Acropolis
There are four bedrooms, one on the first floor and three on the second, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a studio that has its own kitchen and sitting area. There is access to a veranda at the back, and a winding stair takes you to the large terrace with the view of the Acropolis.
Apollonos
This wonderful neo classical apartment belonging to a famous Greek painter in Kolonaki was another investment acquisition for an American client. Real Athenians completed our full scope of activities for somebody needing experienced eyes on the ground in Athens.

This Real Athenians project involves the complete renovation of an upper ground floor apartment in Kolonaki, one of Athens' most exclusive and vibrant districts.
